أعطت البداية الصاعقة لزين مؤشرا على قدرته على الحسم بسهولة، وخصوصا بعد تقدمه السريع بفارق عشر نقاط 15/5 ، مستفيدا من براعة صانع ألعابه سام دغلس والاختراقات التي كان ينفذها الى جانب موسى العوضي ومحمد حمدان، في الوقت الذي تولى فيه زيد الخص وجمال المعايطة متابعات الكرات تحت السلتين
