A tale of two cities; this game saw one team dominate the first half and the other team dominate the second. In the first quarter, Bank Audi started strong as they were able to take a 16-13 lead after one. In the second quarter, Bank Audi continued their dominance early on and were able to build an 11 point lead midway through the quarter then Zain started their comeback and were able to cut the lead down to only 5 points (36-31).
In the third quarter, Zain continued their slow but steady comeback as their defense was much improved and they were able to cut further into the lead to go into the fourth quarter trailing by only 2 points (51-49). In the fourth and final quarter, Zain used an 8-2 run to open the quarter and take a 57-53 lead. But after a timeout, Bank Audi scored 4 unanswered points to tie the score at 57-57 with less than five minutes to go. A big basket by Zain created some separation and then it was a matter of can Zain make their free throws to get the win which they were able to do successfully and win the game 66-62.
